1. Overview

At HeavenCloud, we strive to provide reliable, high-quality hosting services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued. By purchasing any of our services, you agree to be bound by this policy.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refund requests may be submitted within 48 hours of the initial purchase for VPS hosting, Discord bot hosting, and Lavalink hosting plans. Refunds are only available for first-time purchases and are not applicable to renewals, upgrades, or add-on services.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable: domain name registrations, custom development or setup work, dedicated IP addresses, DDoS protection add-ons purchased separately, and any service where usage has exceeded 50% of allocated resources within the billing period.

4. Free Tier Services

Free hosting plans, including our free Discord bot hosting and free Lavalink nodes, do not involve any payment and are therefore not subject to refund. HeavenCloud reserves the right to modify or discontinue free tier services at any time.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please open a support ticket through our billing panel at billing.heavencloud.in or contact us via email at manas@heavencloud.in. Include your order ID, account email, and reason for the refund request. We aim to process all refund requests within 5-7 business days.

6. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. HeavenCloud is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

7. Abuse and Violations

Accounts terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, or Fair Usage Policy are not eligible for refunds. Engaging in fraudulent refund requests may result in permanent suspension of your account.

8. Service Credits

In cases where a full refund is not applicable, HeavenCloud may offer service credits at its discretion. Service credits are non-transferable and must be used within 90 days of issuance.

9. Changes to This Policy

HeavenCloud reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
