Trust & Reliability

Is HeavenCloud trusted?Yes. Check it yourself.

Yes. HeavenCloud is a registered Indian hosting company (Udyam UDYAM-RJ-35-0025079) with 1,000+ active customers in India, the USA and Singapore. We have 5.0 on Google from 12 reviews and 90+ five-star reviews in our Discord, and our refund, ban and SLA policies are public. We are not on Trustpilot, and we are not going back. Updated 6 October 2026.

What you get as a paid customer.

All of this is written into our Terms of Service.

Data

Your paid server stays yours

We do not wipe or reset paid servers. Paid plans have automated platform backups on RAID NVMe storage, and you can take your own backups from the panel. After an unpaid invoice your data is kept for a grace period so you can renew. Free bot servers have no backups.

Fair action

No ban without a reason

For a policy problem you get written notice with log evidence and 48 hours to fix it. We suspend straight away only for active attacks such as outbound DDoS, and a person reviews every case.

Resources

No overselling

Every paid VPS gets 1:1 dedicated RAM with KVM and no ballooning, on AMD Ryzen, AMD EPYC and Intel Xeon hardware. We do not oversell nodes, and you can check that yourself on a live stream of our hypervisor.

Transparency

See our machines live

Any paid customer can ask to see our hypervisor stats, whenever they want. Join a Discord voice channel with our staff and we stream the screen live, so you can see node load and how much is allocated with your own eyes.

Setup

Fast delivery

VPS and bot servers are set up automatically through VirtFusion and Pterodactyl, usually within 60 seconds to 5 minutes of payment.

What people say, and what actually happens.

Straight answers to the complaints you may have read.

The claim

“Servers get deleted with short notice.”

What actually happens

Paid servers are not deleted while they are paid for. Free bot servers must be renewed every 7 days: miss it and the server is suspended after a 24-hour grace period, then deleted 2 days later. The panel shows the date, and the rules are in the Free Bot Hosting Policy.

The claim

“HeavenCloud bans users without due process.”

What actually happens

Paid users get written notice, log evidence and 48 hours to fix a problem. Only active attacks such as outbound DDoS or botnets are suspended straight away. Appeals go to a senior staff member who was not part of the decision, within 24 to 48 hours.

The claim

“VPS deliveries are delayed.”

What actually happens

VPS orders deploy automatically, usually in 60 seconds to 5 minutes. An order takes longer only when the payment gateway holds it for a fraud check, or for a custom dedicated server.

The claim

“HeavenCloud has bad reviews on Trustpilot.”

What actually happens

That page got 20+ fake 1-star reviews in one day. Trustpilot removed 3, so we closed it. Our reviews are on Google (5.0) and in our Discord (90+ five-star).

The claim

“Nodes are oversold, so servers lag.”

What actually happens

We do not oversell. Every paid VPS has 1:1 dedicated RAM with no ballooning and allocated vCPU. Paid users can ask us to stream our hypervisor stats live on a Discord voice call and see it for themselves.

Why we are not on Trustpilot, and won't be.

Short version: fake reviews, no moderation, so we left.

In one day, more than 20 fake 1-star reviews landed on our Trustpilot page. They were easy to spot:

  • all posted within the same 24 hours, from brand new accounts
  • account names that followed the same pattern
  • the same complaints, almost word for word

We reported every one with evidence. Trustpilot removed 3, then put restrictions on our page instead of on the fake accounts. So we closed the page.

We are not going to argue with fake accounts or chase a platform that will not moderate them. That time is better spent on support tickets. If you want the evidence, open a ticket in our Discord server and we will share the timestamps, accounts and reports we sent.

Our reviews are on Google (5.0 from 12 reviews) and in the feedback channel of our Discord server (90+ five-star). Or just try us: if it is not for you, ask for a refund within 12 hours.
