Free Bot Hosting Policyfor HeavenCloud.

This policy applies to the free Discord, Telegram and WhatsApp bot hosting we provide at no charge. You create and renew a free server at control.heavencloud.in. It works together with our Terms of Service, Acceptable Usage Policy and Fair Usage Policy. If there is a conflict about backups or data loss on free servers, this policy wins.

You can use a free server for production, business and enterprise bots, within its resources. One free service per person or organisation, and extra accounts made to collect more free servers will be closed.

A free server stays online while you keep renewing it from the control panel.

Free bot hosting is provided as is, at no charge. It has no uptime commitment, no availability guarantee and no service credits. We may change, move, suspend or end free servers, for reasons such as capacity, abuse, hardware or operations. We will give notice where we can.

We do not keep backups of free servers. Free hosting runs on a limited budget, and backing up every free server would need about 5 TB of extra disk that we cannot rent right now.

You are responsible for keeping up-to-date backups, away from the free server, of everything you need to bring your bot back. That includes:

• source code and build files
• .env files, secrets and API tokens
• SQLite or other local databases
• JSON and config files
• uploaded assets and anything else stored only on the server

If you need backups, use a paid plan or keep your data on a service you control.

We do not wipe or reset free servers. Your files and databases stay as long as you renew every 7 days. Data is only lost when:

• you do not renew and the server is deleted (see section 3)
• a disk or node fails, because there is no backup to restore from
• you delete files yourself or go over your disk quota
• the server is closed for breaking our Terms

In these cases there may be no way to recover it, and we do not compensate for lost bots or data, in money, credit or replacement servers.

Support can help you use the panel. We cannot undelete files, roll back disks or rebuild a bot from our systems when there is no backup. If you lose data and open a ticket, the answer will be to restore from your own backup.

We do not leak, sell or publish your free-hosting data, and we do not hand it to third parties. We do not read your bot's source, .env files, tokens or databases for resale or to share them.

If a token or file does get out, it is usually because panel access was shared, secrets were posted in Discord, committed to a public repository, or sent out by the bot's own code.

If a server is deleted or its disk fails, tokens that were only on that disk are gone. That is data loss, not a leak. If you still have the token in your own backup, rotate it.

Free servers follow the same rules as every other service. Use them lawfully and within your limits, as set out in our Acceptable Usage Policy and Fair Usage Policy. We may restrict or close a free server that breaks them.

We may update this policy at any time. Changes apply from the date they are posted on this page, and they do not apply to anything that happened before that date. If you keep using a free server after an update, the new policy applies to you.
